My name is Max Menke and I live with my fiancée, my daughter and my dog in Radebeul. After a few years working in the emergency services in Cologne, I started to study medicine.

Deep down, I knew that there was more to life than the material world. So I began to explore the other levels of our existence.

My first trip was to Thailand for a Vipassana retreat in a monastery. This was followed a year later by a stay of several months with the indigenous of the Puyanawa tribe in the brazilian jungle.

Back home, I began an education in shamanic trauma healing with Bernd Schneider (Silverbär) and completed the energy medicine training with Dr. Alberto Villoldo. Fascinated by his teachings, I did the “Healing the dark side” course and trained as a Munay Ki practitioner being able and honored to share the rites with clients.

In between, I was drawn back into the jungle, this time the Peruvian jungle, to get to know Don Agustin and to experience his incredible work.

Towards the end of my medical studies, I used my free time to do a yoga teacher training at LaCasaShambala. Inspired by my teacher I started to teach Yoga in a prison, among others.

I am also very grateful for the teachings and guidance of Joshua Maree, a shaman and healer from South Africa. Additionally he introduced me into the power of Reiki.

I am currently working as a doctor in a hospital and studying Ayurveda at the Rosenberg Academy.

I cannot list all the people and stations that have shaped my path. I feel them all lovingly in my heart and honor them in the same way as the ones mentioned above.
