Energetic Sessions

The sessions take place via Zoom. You’ll receive the link shortly before we start. If Zoom isn’t an option there are also other options to connect. Other than that, all you need is a quiet place where you can go within.
We’ll start by talking to decide on the topic for the session. After that, you can lie down (or stay seated) and we’ll work with your energy field. This is a creative process that sometimes requires silence and at other times it is more communicative. But of course, you’re welcome to share your thoughts with me at any time if you’d like.

Beyond the session itself, I’m available to answer any questions you may have to support the integration process and accompany you on your journey.
